On August 24, the 2nd International Conference on Trusted Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (ICTBAI 2026) was successfully held at Baotou Teachers' College in Baotou, known as the "Grassland Steel City," the "World Capital of Rare Earths," and the "World Capital of Green Silicon." Co-hosted by Baotou Teachers' College and Hohhot Minzu College, and organized by the School of Information Science and Technology, the conference brought together renowned experts, scholars, and young researchers to discuss trusted big data, AI, intelligent systems, cybersecurity, large models, multimodal perception, and edge computing.

Opening Session

Chaired by Professor Chen Jing, Dean of the School of Information Science and Technology at Baotou Teachers' College, the opening ceremony featured a speech by Professor Ma Zhanfei, Vice President of Baotou Teachers' College. He welcomed experts and industry colleagues, emphasized trustworthiness, security, controllability, and benevolence as core principles for digital intelligence, and highlighted the university's achievements in big data and AI.

Chaired by Professor Yin Shujuan, Vice Dean of the School of Information Science and Technology at Baotou Teachers' College. Young researchers from Inner Mongolia Electronic Information Vocational Technical College, Hohhot Minzu College, Baotou Teachers' College, the University of Electro-Communications, Shanghai Advanced Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology presented on intelligent greenhouse monitoring, embedded traffic recognition, multimodal weather forecasting, 6G communication, medical data analysis, semantic communication, remote sensing image segmentation, and Mongolian character recognition.

Closing & Awards

🏆 Best Paper Awards and Best Oral Presentation Awards were presented, recognizing young researchers' innovative achievements and encouraging further exploration in trusted big data and AI. The conference successfully broke down academic barriers, promoted the exchange of frontier theories and technologies, and will continue to support the iterative innovation and industrialization of trusted big data and AI.

Held August 21–23, 2025 at Hohhot Minzu College in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China, ICTBAI 2025 brought together renowned scholars, experts, and early-career researchers from around the world to explore cutting-edge advancements and innovative applications in big data and artificial intelligence. Opening Speech

The opening ceremony featured addresses by Professor Erdunbuhe, Vice President of Hohhot Minzu College, and Professor Jie Li from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Foreign Fellow of the Engineering Academy of Japan and IEEE Fellow).
